“Qi Gong – is a system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial-arts training.”1 Simply come and try it out. Every monday we gather at Pflügerstrasse 45 (Sportanlage Maybachufer) in Berlin-Neukölln from 5:30pm – 7pm.

Welcome at recreational sports. We play basketball and outdoor sports. We train every Wednesday (7pm – 8:30pm). Come and see for yourself. You will find us at Hans-Grade-Schule, Heubergerweg 37 in Berlin-Schöneweide.
